Important Update on Beneficial Ownership Reporting Requirements

On January 23, 2025 the U.S. Supreme Court issued a stay of the injunction against the CTA. This means the law is back in effect. FinCen has not released a filing deadline date as of yet. Companies are encouraged to gather BOI information as the the filing deadline will more than likely be short.
